Apartment 3 is located on the 1th floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, living room and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be connected in 1 double bed on guest request). Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom with a shower, flat screen TV and air-condition. Apartment is equipped with SAT-TV , free highspeed internet access with wireless for mobile devices, aircondition, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking equipment, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, hair dryer and safe. Baby cot on request. Apartment3 has it’s own terrace, separate entrances and free access to the pool.

The guest pays final cleaning 50 € per stay. For Central season the prices are valid for a rental period of at least 5 days. For Pre-season and Postseason minimum stay is 3 days. VAT is included in the price. Check in is after 14:00, check out is before 11:00. Smoking and house pets are not allowed in the house.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If guests cancel within 14 days before arrival , we will not refund the advance payment.

In order to book your accommodation in Villa Kogo, please send us an inquiry by email or place order . As a rule, we will reply to your inquiry within 12 hours. After we have confirmed the reservation, we will send you an invoice for payment of the 30% advance. We kindly ask you to make the payment within 3 days in order to guarantee your reservation.
